let’s get real wednesdays: 2012 election

there are always hot-button issues in every election. each year seems to be more intense than the last, and with the lingering bad economy, the 2012 election looks like it will be the most intense yet.

according to houselogic, a website that reports stats to the national association of realtor’s website, their latest survey says that jobs and housing are at the top of america’s minds for the 2012 election. a third of those polled actually placed real estate as the top issue. sure, the economy is improving, but the majority of people are still selling their homes and moving out of necessity┬árather than desire.

here’s what the voter’s had to say when asked what will most impact their voting decision for the 2012 election:

1] jobs|unemployment- 54%

2] housing- 27%

3] national security- 8%

4] healthcare- 4%

5] energy|environment- 2%

6] other- 4%
