    simple. we are a boutique residential real estate brokerage in baltimore focused on matching people and the lifestyles they seek to homes.

    we are an alternative for people that want to do business with a brand that means something. NOT just names on a sign. we want to be the best.

    2. because you’re local, will my listing be marketed properly?

    our marketing for listings is superior as a brokerage not just per agent. we want to put your house out there for people to see online not just on the mls (ask us how). we love technology and we use that to our advantage in today’s age. we blog, we tweet, we facebook, we are on our cell phones and email more than using an office phone. we use professional photography. we work with baltimore’s best stager to give your home the look it needs to sell for the highest price. we have a consistent brand image that all of the agents use. our sign on your house says something unique.

    basically, we are local because real estate is local. but that doesn’t limit our listing resources. we have scoured the internet and know the precise locations best to showcase your home.

    3. being an environmentally conscious brokerage, do you only represent green homes?

    of course not! our business practices are environmentally responsible because well, they ought to be! but we also realize that most homes on the market are not ‘green’ at all although our buyers may be interested in renovating green. amanda, the broker, was actually the first eco-broker in baltimore because she saw the need back then to represent sellers who did actually have a green home to sell or buyers that may be interested in that. over the years she has represented several homes which had green features varying from solar panels, tankless water heaters, recycled materials throughout and her favorite item one of her sellers used was a complete kitchen back splash made of discarded coconut shells!

    she has also found that buyers and sellers appreciate a common view point when choosing someone to represent their homes. for sellers, your listing flyers will be printed on recycled paper, certain contract items can be signed electronically, and our printers and fax machines are energy star rated. if you do have a home that is energy efficient or retrofitted green, well, who better to represent your home?!

    our buyers can expect us to point out energy saving items in homes, how homes can be improved or updated with greener or more efficient items. utility bills can be a huge expense in homes and a lot of people don’t consider that in their budget. well if you have a home that has a lower energy consumption bill, that’s more money in your pocket to have dinner at that new restaurant you’ve been wanting to try!
