thirsty thursday: a tale of two chefs

don’t feel like making dinner tonight? the combination of a chilly, rainy, thursday mixed with laziness is a recipe for a night out to eat and try the creation of two masters. there’s a great food battle going on tonight at cafe troia [located at 28 w. allegheny avenue, towson]. daniela troia of zia’s cafe in towson is squaring off against jerry edwards of chef’s expressionism. chef edwards will be preparing a classic dish while chef troia will be making a raw|vegetarian alternative. there will be three courses each paired with wines. you then get to decide which dish is your favorite!
